Red Tractor Project Seeking Founding Members/Intern

For the right person, Red Tractor Project will be a life time opportunity. Red Tractor Project (RTP) is a rural lifestyle concept over 30 years in the making. RTP resides on nearly 400 acres in the foothills of Eastern Washington. Elk Heights Ranch is the historic location and former “dude” ranch adjacent to Washington State forest. The ranch over looks the fertile Kittitas Valley and the grand Yakima River Canyon. Snow covered peaks of the Stuart Mountain Range provide a magical backdrop. Existing infrastructure is a 7000 sqft timber frame lodge and 2500 sqft log guest facility. A large arena and pastures support an active equine facility. The vision for RTP is to address the need and concerns of people interested in collaboration, sustainable living, and climate adaptation. Residents will live, work, and thrive there. Future elements include cooperative housing, alternative energy, alternative architecture, independent/sustainable food sources, community connection, and resiliency in climate adaptation. Activities include the hosting of personal growth retreats and life enhancement including yoga, relationships, food, and celebration. Located an hour and half from Seattle and just off rural I-90 Exit 93. RTP will host a day trip venue for guests seeking an eco experience and to hike/bike in the forest or ride horseback on a mountain trail. Visitors can celebrate their day with a wine or distillery tasting. City dwelling volunteers will be invited to steward the forest and connect with Mother Earth Seeking quality candidate suitable for elevation to highest levels of trust and to become part of the “tribe.” Position will appeal to those with a creative and entrepreneurial spirit. You have developed life skills and look for a place to grow and nurture. Daily activities will not be boring. Should be fun and fulfilling. Those looking for structure you will be disappointed. Don’t worry the owners will guide you through the “gray” to success. Owne
