About the Community

What we do

We are a conscious coliving in Southern California for creative professionals, ecopreneurs, social impact artists, and spiritual activists. We live on 4.1 acres of rural land, in a beautiful historic property. There are 17 bedrooms, 20 bathrooms, coworking spaces, an art room, a music room, and 3 community kitchens. We also have a tiny home and a mini cabin, with van life and RV hookups. Our event venues include a large grassy lawn and a twinkly patio with an outdoor bar. We have some edible gardens we are building up and a mini vineyard in our driveway. We host artist and creative residencies. If you are interested in living here, please fill out this resident application BEFORE EMAILING US.
