Small town, big house in Central Ohio. Community forming in a small town in Central Ohio in a house with 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms available). Currently, it is the owner of the house and resident who is starting the co-living environment with a focus on sharing some meals together each week. Residents would pay part of their utilities along with a reasonable monthly rent. While the name of the house comes from the Spanish word meaning, “relax” members will be encouraged to relax and have fun while contributing to shared responsibilities in the house.
Tranquilo House is about a lifestyle where its members will share not only ideas but one meal together per week. The community is focused on a set of ideals like community decision-making, environmentally friendly practices and shared responsibilities.
A room or two can be rented after a member has expressed interest.
Everyone must agree before moving forward.
Primary authority rests with the community’s founder(s) or designated leader(s).
Members maintain separate personal finances with minimal sharing.
