We endeavor to create a rental environment similar to an old-fashioned neighborhood; where we know our neighbors and are helpful to each other.

We also share resources including utilities, land, and other expenses. This is eco-village light, without a lot of rules except to have the  desire, awareness, and willingness to live in Community and to foster caring for each other and our shared environment.

Review of Website Description, Rental Criteria, Community Vision statements. Rental application. Review of Lease Terms. Rental Deposits: 1st, Last, Security. Mutual Acceptance of 11-month Lease. Annual Leases thereafter provided Member is in good standing.
