About the Community

What we do

A place of simple, peaceful living, in close relationship with the 4 elements. Earth, air, water and fire. Gardening in small hillside terraces, to the sound of breeze through the trees, watering plants with saved snow, melted by fire or the Sun. Intentions and actions are to be in harmony with the moment of the day. To do what needs to be done with appropriate timing for the situation. No rush, never late, always present. I am beginning to build a small natural material structure, for the first fire resistant structure, made with most materials all found on-site. Rocks, dirt, wood and metal. The wood logs and other exposed wood will be covered with non burnable clay. The roof will be of metal, with a built in water catchment system. There are several secluded hillside spots for small, earth bermed living structures, which will be available to create, with and for select individuals. These will occur slowly by me, and/or when the right individual arrives. I, (T) and dog partner of 10 years, Ki (kee), live by ourselves on the semi-remote land, which I call TKi Land. My vision is to have select individuals, who are in alignment and agreement with certain guidelines that I have, to be creative contributors. Leaving behind you a trail of useful beauty…
