About the Community

What we do

The current need for a communal living house in a really, absolutely area that is also served by good public transit is really one of the major determining factors in bringing a shared living intentional community to this particular region. After being welcomed as a guest at a truly incredible communal hostel, which is the initial inspiration for this particular, again, really much needed endeavor/initiative, all the facts were all abundantly clear. The ability to coexist, as a group of people, always peacefully, and, of course, really solving whatever needs attention via conflict resolution, as well as 100% effective communication, is incredibly important (not just in any living situation, but also in work (employment/volunteer) scenarios, at neighborhood community centers, at town hall meetings, and just about anywhere. It is, of course, a required skill that can be just one way to really help affect 100% positive change in our communities. The fundamental concept of always respecting one another, as well as treating each other, daily, with both 100% dignity and 100% respect. Swearing/Cussing is, of course, always NOT encouraged, and it will always, constantly, be appreciated if vulgar language has absolutely no place in an intentional community such as this. The words we all use really do matter. We always need to, again, ‘respect’ each other’s differences, even if we might not always agree, there is definitely a way to constantly be both civil 100% and just incredibly really sincerely understanding. It really all starts with people who definitely do want to make a 100% positive difference for their communities, as well both their families and themselves.
