Terra Futura: An Intentionally Designed Regenerative Neighborhood

Terra Futura is more than just a neighborhood; it’s a vision for a connected and sustainable way of living. Located in West Asheville, just a mile and a half from downtown, Terra Futura combines the best of community life with personal privacy.

Our neighborhood is thoughtfully designed to foster meaningful connections while providing serene retreats for residents. Homes are arranged in clusters to encourage spontaneous gatherings, while private spaces offer peace and tranquility. Each residence features spacious front porches and private decks overlooking the lush urban forest, creating a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.

Our land is a sanctuary for diverse wildlife and is enriched with shared green spaces, gardens, and trails. The neighborhood also includes a range of amenities, such as a hot tub, sauna, and fire circles, all designed to bring the community together.

Terra Futura is a place where friendships naturally flourish, and a deep sense of belonging is nurtured. Here, sustainability and intentional living are woven into the fabric of daily life, creating a thriving, values-aligned community. By choosing Terra Futura, you’re not just buying a home—you’re investing in a lifestyle that honors our past and builds a more abundant future.
