What we do

Hi, we’re a diverse group of people wanting to create a more sustainable and collaborative way to live in the inner city of Sydney, Australia.
We welcome all ages, and want to form an multi-generational community. So we’re keen to include people aged 20 – 40, plus families with children.

We’re currently exploring options for both collaborative ownership (housing co-operative) and collaborative living (cohousing design) in a central, urban location.

Since neither of these aspects are common in Australia, particularly not in urban areas, we are working on forming partnerships with housing professionals and academics, lobbying state and local governments, and at the same time, growing our community of potential residents. If this interests you, get in touch!

We plan to create a pilot project (around 15 – 40 dwellings) which would be an inspiration and template for further co-ops, showcasing low-impact living and community collaboration.

Our Vision

We want to create an alternative to our profit-driven, individualistic housing system.
