What we do

We are a welcoming and diverse group of students (and 25% non-students) living co-operatively in Minneapolis near the University of Minnesota campus. We live in a three-story, eighteen-bedroom old Fraternity house, sharing bathrooms, a kitchen, living rooms, and garden. We offer off-street parking for an additional fee. We also offer an affordable and (delicious) vegetarian meal plan option, and occasionally gather for communal meals and community meetings. We hold in common respect ourselves, each other, and the natural world. We are always taking applications, which can be found at studentscoop.org.

As an affordable Fair Housing provider (also applying for 501 (c)(3) status) our focus in processing applications is equality.

If you’re interested or know someone interested, please find the application at studentscoop.org! We are trying to fill up the house again after a year of major construction and we’re still not at full capacity!

We welcome new members who are anchored in spirit, heart, and body.

WILD GRACE, an intentional, eco-spiritual community (Sierra foothills, 30 minutes from Grass Valley, California) is excited to have completed the creation of new homes for prospective members. Perhaps you or someone you know have been preparing for this wonderful opportunity? Spiritual community (sangha) is crucial on the personal level, as Thich Nat Hahn says: Your sangha—family, friends, and co-practitioners—is the soil, and you are the seed. If you have a sangha that is joyful, animated by the desire to practice and help, you will mature on your path of awakening. (adapted from Cultivating the Mind of Love) We also believe that spiritual community is crucial on the global level. The intentional focus of loving, mindful consciousness transmits a healing and transformative energy beyond our ability to perceive, which assists in planetary awakening. Wild Grace provides an opportunity for an intimate group/sangha to focus on inner attunement to the Divine, to deepen in group authentic communication practices, to steward sacred land, and to choose love moment-by-moment. Our octagonal temple, perched above the wild and scenic South Yuba River, is devoted to the Mother of Us All. We are dedicated to life-long learning of the skills needed to communicate, heal, and live life fully together in Love, Oneness, and Presence. We support a healthy balance of personal and community care, work and play, purpose, and “right livelihood.” Our shared foundation consists of group morning silent meditation, weekly heart circles where we practice trauma informed authentic relating, tending the land, sharing two or more meals a week, and creative expression. We host events including weekly neighborhood potlucks, open monthly Kirtans, weekly A Course of Love online global meetings, weekly Qi Gong classes, sun/moon cycle ceremonies, and dance classes. Wild Grace is located on 80 acres of land adja

Eureka Center, Sagle Idaho

Discover an exceptional opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind retreat center on 22 serene acres in the heart of North Idaho. This versatile property offers multiple dwellings, expansive gathering spaces, and a naturally peaceful setting—ideal for wellness retreats, workshops, events, or group lodging. Tucked among mature evergreens, the primary residence blends southwest mountain influences with the rustic character of reclaimed timber, creating a warm, grounding atmosphere perfect for hosting intimate gatherings or providing owner accommodations. Its craftsmanship and tranquil design set the tone for the entire property. A short walk from the main home sits a spacious event center, already equipped with an office, kitchen, two lofted sleeping areas, and a large open hall framed by windows overlooking the southern acreage. This structure is ready to be reimagined as a workshop venue, yoga studio, group dining hall, or additional lodging. Additional structures expand the property’s capacity and flexibility: · Caretaker’s residence with a one-bedroom apartment above a communal kitchen, bath, and laundry—originally envisioned as the hub for a glamping project. · Habitable yurt, offering a unique guest experience. · Bunkhouse for extra sleeping quarters. · Barn for storage, creative projects, or equipment. The land itself is a retreat: a mix of forest, pasture, and open space, complete with a seasonal creek and a handcrafted amphitheater once used as a music venue—an inspiring setting for ceremonies, performances, or outdoor workshops. While not waterfront, the property is minutes from Martin Bay, Glengary Bay, Gamlin Lake, and less than ten minutes from Garfield Bay, offering easy access to recreation and nature immersion. Whether you envision a wellness sanctuary, creative retreat, educational center, or multi-structure lodging experience, this property provides the infrastructure, beauty, and privacy to bring your vision to li
