We follow the basic principles of Eco Villages Australia (see website for core values), who use ‘collective stewardship’ to gather a small group of residents to look after the land and each other in co-living / co-housing hybrid spaces (including tiny houses).
We are a medium-demand community who aims to strike the balance between enough alone time and enough community time.
We share meals, and have a strong ecological focus – waste free, plastic free, renewable energy, food production.
We live simply and enjoy rejuvenating the land together.

We will not count people’s hours. We want generous, self-starting people who are self aware. We know that peoples circumstances change – this is a community not an army, but you should factor in roughly 10 hours a week (including cooking). Some will be able to do more, some less.
We are looking for people who are willing to partake in weekly sharing circles.
There are costs associated with membership, which come into play after 18 months of residency. Most of that is waived if you are able to loan the village over $15,000.
