To buy land and build a city center which will be shared for the members to use. It will have a big main building, with a big kitchen, dining area, bar, washrooms, compost toilets and showers. There will be a shop, bakery, a stage for live music, and a kids building to be used for whatever education parents see fit. Commerce is encouraged, making and trading of goods without licences and using our own currency. A safe place for disporas. Plots are to be sold in residential zones and it will run like a campsite and create its own ecosystem. Focusing on Private property ownership and Individualism, eventually with a blockchain. The plan, principles and design have all been taken from various already successful projects in Europe and Scandinavia, and the manager is already well experience in site construction, the use of machinery and site management.
