Within the building is a community room that is used to host monthly membership meetings and other activities. Income restrictions apply and rental subsidies are available. ON-SITE MANAGEMENT: The management team is on-site to address your concerns. The office is open Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ​There is a full-time Maintenance Technician on-site 5 days per week and emergency calls are handled immediately. The owner, Seabury Cooperative, Inc., is a non-profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors who are active in the affairs and management of the property.

How to join

A different kind of homeownership. Unlike condominium owners, cooperative members do not individually own the units they occupy. Instead, they own shares that entitle them to occupy their units. Membership fee is only $1,500 and is returned when members leave in good standing. ​Income restrictions apply and rental subsidies are available.
