Have purchased land, paid in full, installed well, paid in full, have several ecoarchitecture buildings, in the Space Station theme with Area 51 and the Alien Travel Plaza nearby. Accepting visitors and prospective members. Opening as the Alien Outpost BnB. and Spacetime Ecotours. 1.5 miles from Las Vegas NW on Hwy 95. Centrally located; approximately 6 hrs. from Sedona, Lake Powell, Grand Canyon, in AZ; San Diego / LA , Tahoe, Yosemite, CA.

Work exchange or visits free, for Community business employment : percentage of profit, and Room, for buy in : Looking at buying second location in Jupiter, CA members : $5,000 down, small monthly. Ecohome mini for $5,000 shell and around $15,000 for solar electric, heat pump and biodigesting grow, for large home or shop:  $50,000 and up, with  .43 acre lease . Sierra area excellent for ecovillage near Sonora / Bay Area, Tahoe, Yosemite, same terms for the Saturn property in NV. All terms negotiable, please call. Previously involved in Home Theater installations, which could have applications again.
