What we do

New earth community of likeminded people living in lush resort-like developments featuring ownership of home and fee-simple lot with shared amenities such as shared parking, pool, spa, sauna, tree house deck, playground, yoga studio, and sustainable aspects as wells, solar, wind, organic composting and gardening. HOA establishes a Code of Ethics and Communal Agreements that bind the homeowners to the commonly held values. we also operate retreats and offer short-term and long-term rentals. Phase I is sold out. Phase II announcing pre-sales soon. Sister development Vista del Soul announcing presale on ocean view lots in Playa Hermosa 2024.
