There will likely be some land or building for common use. To join, one should have the financially resources to purchase raw land. It requires either cash or having access to other lines of credit which would not secured by the land being purchased. The minimum will probably cost at least $30,000 for 10 acres. It is possible lot sizes could be smaller and cheaper if zoning permits it. Property will be purchased strictly within the laws of the state, and with the assistance of professionals to assure good title for each owner.
