What we do

We are people gathering together to buy a larger piece of rural farmland to be divided for individual ownership. The location will be in Austin/Central/East Texas or perhaps east Tennessee.

The goal is to get some land to have a home, raise a family, cultivate a garden, a farm, a ranch, some animals, or operate an ethical business. The hope is that the buyers will get along, in a spirit of community, with freedom, liberty, and personal responsibility on their own, individual piece of land. This freedom extends to their fence line, but has some limited restrictions to make for a good and healthy quality of life, which is family-friendly, with family values, and peace and respect for the neighbors. There will likely be some land or building for common use.

To join, one should have the financially resources to purchase raw land. It requires either cash or having access to other lines of credit which would not secured by the land being purchased. The minimum will probably cost at least $30,000 for 10 acres. It is possible lot sizes could be smaller and cheaper if zoning permits it.

Property will be purchased strictly within the laws of the state, and with the assistance of professionals to assure good title for each owner.
