We are 28 homes, a Common House, artist studio, woodworking shop and gardening facilities.
Our land was purchased in 2014; our contractor was hired in February 2016.
We began living together in October 2017.
Quimper Village is a condominium cohousing community designed specifically for 55+ adults.
Our Vision Statement
We are a group of couples and individuals living in a co-housing development that addresses our needs for living and aging successfully in community while enriching our private lives.
As we live together, we endeavor to maintain respect and consideration for one another, understanding that building community is a fluid, evolving process to which each of us contributes. We look forward to many discoveries and course corrections, and plan to do this with healthy consensus, growing grace and good humor.
