In the Northwoods of Wisconsin, our property is on the Peshtigo River. We are located just outside the small town of Crivitz. There are over a dozen waterfalls & lakes in the area. Our facility was once a hotel with about 30 units. Each unit has its one bathroom and kitchenette. There is a common kitchen to share, as well.
We are looking to grow our Wellness Intentional Community. We desire to find practitioners in the healing arts, mindfulness, organic gardening, raising small animals, and other holistic practices. If you are not a practitioner, but enjoy this lifestyle and desire to live in a mindful and healthy community, you would be welcome, as well.
We typically prepare our individual meals together and then eat together. We will do pot lucks for holidays and special events. We focus on wellness and mindfulness. We have a workout room and a wellness room for therapies such as Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reiki, sound healing, and other energy practices. We gather for activities, drum circles, bonfires, and anything fun one wants to do. We host wellness retreats, wellness fairs, craft/art shows, and hold a space for the local community to host events.

Our rooms can hold up to two people. One of the apartments can hold 3. We are open to all ages and abilities. We are ecumenical as to religion, or lack thereof, philosophy, sexual orientation, dietary preferences, and, at least in principle, politics. We respect and celebrate each others differences and everyone is expected to have an open mind and willingness to learn and accept new things and ideas.

Every day is fun and exciting. We are constantly creating new things and sharing new ideas. We spend much time attending to our bodies, our spirits, our emotions, and nature. We help each other out along their journey. We do not worry about money, food, or lacking anything. Real love is seen and experienced all the time. The place is filled with laughter. We all awaken our innate, natural gifts as healers. We nurse each other back to health. Everyone pursues their passions and the things that truly make them happy. We are very supportive and cooperative community, holding each other accountable to be a good human being. We allow others to speak into each other’s lives to encourage them to be the best version of themselves possible. We encourage the greatest good for the individual, as well as the community.
