We are a forming community, a work in progress. We have laid the groundwork by drafting plans and agreements and have created a 501(c)3. We have identified a 118-acre property with springs and streams that would be an ideal community location. Now we are ready to invite potential members and investors in so that we can purchase the land and start developing the big dream!
We are creating a duplicatable, off-grid, multigenerational eco-community in The Laurel Highlands of Fayette County in Southwestern Pennsylvania where we will collectively steward our land using regenerative principles and dynamic governance. We plan to run a holistic experiential living and learning center, providing education, events, and retreats, a cooperative school, and a regenerative farm and artisan market.
