I’m a passionate surfer with a remote job, working to grow my YouTube channel and make money online from something that is meaningful to me. I’m looking to live and connect with like-minded people who are also focused on building their dream online income. This could be building any kind of business, freelance service, audience (through writing, podcasting, photography, video, or any other form of content creation), startups, indie hackers, or non-profits. It can literally be anything, as long as you have the intention of solving problems and generating value for this world. Ideally, it is for people who already work for themselves or still have a remote job but want to be self-employed and do digital work (work from their laptops). Ideally, we also share a love for surfing and healthy living (through good food and staying active).
10 individual accommodations. One big coworking space, a chill space, kitchen, and bathroom. Building method: Something like 3D printed mud houses or DIY aircrete dome houses. It should be cheap but still beautiful. A place where you actually want to live, not just the cheapest container home that stinks like plastic. The goal is to get to $3k-$5k per unit (land + home).
