Noble Tara Tantric Village

It is my goal to find other Tantra practitioners to form a kula/sangha. All religions are welcome. Living with/near other practitioners is said to be highly helpful on the path. The idea is to get together a small group and buy land in a rural part of Costa Rica, high up enough in altitude to be cool and comfortable, but within an hour drive to the beach. Far enough out into the countryside to have lots of privacy and get a good deal on land, but close enough to a small town or village to have basic amenities. The land could be apportioned into individual plots or together in a corporation. Either way everyone would get their own homestead. We could have some shared common areas also: community yoga shala, kitchen, gardens, etc. A significant portion of the land would remain undeveloped and in a natural state, with maybe some walking trails or a small meditation hut. I’m into permaculture, sustainability, and natural building, but I don’t want the focus of this to be on ecovillage type stuff. I’d be happy to work with others on eco projects but also want to welcome people who are not so into that and would rather live in a standard house and buy all their food at a grocery store. I’m also not into a lot of rules telling people what they can eat, drink, smoke, etc. It could be that the community works together on some business, retreats or teaching, or everyone does their own thing and makes money how they do.
