There is an opportunity for growth and progression – Depending on the level of responsibility, alignment, and commitment you would like to pursue – VOLUNTEER / NATURALMENTE LIFE EXPERIENCE This is the learning and integrating phase to see if we are in alignment and can live & work together in harmony -RESIDENT if we feel in tune and you like to commit long term you’re very welcome to become a resident with us -COORDINATOR After gaining trust and experience, one can be assigned a responsibility role in an area that one likes and chooses to coordinate e.g. Garden, Kitchen, Maintenance, Computer work, etc. -HOSTING an EVENT (and having an income eventually) We offer the possibility for you to bring an activity and practice your skills amongst us until you gain the confidence and experience to host your own event There is the opportunity to earn money from the events that you host – CORE TEAM / MEMBER of the ASSOCIATION Once becoming a resident and eventually a member of the core team, you may have the opportunity to have an important role in contributing your ideas and being part of creating this vision together Eventually you can be earning an income with us, while doing what you love, co-creating a meaningful life together -BUYING LAND TOGETHER After being Resident with us for at least a year, and if we feel in tune, we have the possibility of buying land together, in another sub-vision of the project In this situation, the decision making amongst the owners of the same land is in consensus
