We follow the basic principles of Eco Villages Australia (see website for core values), who use ‘collective stewardship’ to gather a small group of residents to look after the land and each other in co-living / co-housing hybrid spaces (including tiny houses). We are a medium-demand community who aims to strike the balance between enough alone time and enough community time. We share meals, and have a strong ecological focus – waste free, plastic free, renewable energy, food production. We live simply and enjoy rejuvenating the land together.
