“I was here last year and felt so rejuvenated healthwise that I returned again. La Joya del Sol is a truly wonderful place that allows for true healing to take place. Sleeping outside, bathing in natural waterfalls, eating fresh, beautiful organic food, all of these things work together to restore health and wellness. Thanks to Eric for his generosity and sharing his knowledge. There is so much to learn from his wealth of knowledge! See you soon”…Meghan Lewis, Canada, 2019

“My third time here…19, 24, now 27. Amazing to see the growth in myself and the land… this place is my healthy rescue for mind, body, and spirit! Pura vida – Charlotte Hough, USA 2019

“What an amazing place to connect with nature, raw foods, and escape…the rest of the world. I’ll definitely be making some more raw foods from the recipes you showed me! Awe-inspiring! Thank you, Eric”….Claire Berman, Grass Valley, 2019

“What a very magical land Eric has here…simply a piece of paradise. I’m very thankful for how much he taught me from his expertise. The food was beautiful and nourishing. I really look forward to visiting again in the future.”…..Deloris MacNeill, Nova Scotia, February 2019

“Thanks for an amazing stay! You’ve created a true paradise, the food is so delicious…love eating off the land. I especially loved making Anastasia necklaces with cedar from your farm, rock hounding, and clay baths at the waterfalls. Many animals and insects I’ve never seen before. I hope to return….” – Christine McLaws, Utah, December 2018

“Wow, this is a little slice of heaven! The farm fresh plant food has taken me to the next level in my vegan nutrition. The hikes, waterfalls, are the most beautiful I’ve experienced with monkeys, toucans… all heals your body, mind, soul. Thanks so much for your hospitality”….Sonya Richins, Wild Heart Sanctuary, Utah, December 2018

“I was sooooo speechless when I was at your farm and so blissed out…I really appreciate and honor you that you care about me…I figured my problem out….too much fruits is not working for me….crazy heartbeat and dehydration… gonna introduce some steamed pumpkin and see, but I’m so glad that I can come to you.” – Tamara Hobi, July 2018

“Thank you so much for the beautiful reconnection to peace, light, nature, health. What chore does one need in life? The combination of a living food diet with the purity of this sacred land will travel with me indefinitely. You have ben blessed with an important stewardship and are obviously using your life energy, talent and passion in the highest good. I wish you many blessings as you continue sharing these tools for conscious living. The Red Trail waterfalls and energy was such a magical experience, other worldly. Thank you kindly, Hare Krishna.”…. Lisa Wilson, Florida, March 2017

“Thank you for sharing your beautiful dwelling with us, dwelling that extends beyond the walls and makes every part of your land feel like a different room. The energy here is truly magical. Every being here works together harmoniously and lends its energy for a common growth. The food was beyond imaginable and tickled every sense. Wishing you a continuous flow in the direction of your highest good. With love and gratitude”….Eric, Jean, Zoriana Harvey, Alabama, April 2017

“So blessed to spend the week connecting with this inspiring community of heart-centered visionaries and eco-stewards. Eric Rivkin’s discussion on finding and creating a thriving, regenerative off-grid paradise was a practical and well-considered exploration into what so many of us dream of doing. And the depth of his understanding of what makes for a sustainable diet, considerate of personal health, and impact on the local community and the environment, is second to none. Thank you so much for opening your home and sharing your farm and your visions with us Eric! Can’t wait to see you again on the next Sustainable Living Expedition!!!” Eric Baudry, March, 2017, Upward Spirals

“Interested in whole plant foods, farming, and environmentalism we searched for an experience that would challenge us mentally, physically, and emotionally. How fortunate we were to find you. Living at La Joya del Sol has provided us with just the kind of challenge we were seeking. Thank you so much for your hospitality. “
