we are in the planning stages of creating an artistic display of humanity, community, sustainability and ecological education. looking for land parcels of at least 24 acres, within driving distance of established society, on which to put industrial greenhouses. some will have homes surrounding them(leaving a neighborhood ‘square’) and others will have mulit-family homes built inside. ultimately, the plan it to have some 38 home plots built in and around 12 greenhouses. each greenhouse will have about 2 acres of land on which each neighborhood can decide what to do with. these collections of neighborhoods will be placed, hopefully, in a way to create a centralized community square. we want visitors walking through the community to get the feeling that they could be walking through an alien zoo featuring other humans. some members have had ideas of selling crops, crafts or other homemade goods to such visitors in order to mitigate rental prices. to start, we’d like at least 3 such greenhouses before moving anyone to the area as of now, we have 5 members and a dream, but no real experience in building communities

we don’t have a membership process at the moment. so far, we’re mostly interested in finding people who can bring something to the table(knowledge mainly, but you know what you bring).
Members maintain separate personal finances with minimal sharing.
