What we do

Hedonisia Hawaii Eco-Feminist Community was destroyed in the Kilauea volcanic eruption in May 2018.

75% of the property is covered in lava which can be bulldozed and flattened but at great expense.

Instead, I am rebuilding a micro-community. The tentative name is the Hedonisia Hawaii Solitude Creative Community.

Our Vision

After the destruction of our community in the Kilauea volcanic eruption of May 2018 we continued working on our digital projects as an online community. From November 2026, we expect that the government will have rebuilt road access to allow us to return and offer lodgings under our pre-volcano programs.

Our volunteer and intern programs allow you to work with your Heart, doing creative work, with your Body doing physical work and with your Brain doing tech, writing and/or research.

We manage the Hedonisia Lava to Lotus Web Portfolio and Pleasurable Activism Publications book projects.

Currently the community is virtual. We continue working on our web projects with virtual volunteers from around the world.
