Heartwood Commons is a vibrant, welcoming, cohousing community for active adults in Tulsa, Oklahoma designed to promote connections, health and wellness, and successful maturing in place.
To purchase a home at Heartwood Commons, individuals attend a tour, meet with members of the Welcoming/Membership and the Legal/Finance teams, attend an orientation during which they learn more about the community and get their questions answered, and they sign a purchase contract.
Everyone must agree before moving forward.
Members maintain separate personal finances with minimal sharing.
