A domestic acreage is more than just land. It’s sovereignty. It’s a return to the natural way, where love leads and community blossoms. You decide what you want to plant, build and nurture. You can disconnect from the noise, and reconnect to your truth. It’s a space for healing, creation and connection-to yourself, loved ones and the land It’s where art meets soil, where dreams have room to expand, and where freedom isn’t just an idea, it is a lifestyle.

The ideal community member has a family, and a plan to live in a community setting. The family will have streams of income that afford them the opportunity to put down a $30k investment for their 1/8 acre, plus have the funds to build or bring in a home of their choice. Landscaping, will be the families responsibility of their 1/8 acre. All families will demonstrate care of their environment, and ‘leave no trace” in regards to trash, recycling etc…
The over all community infrastructure is a shared responsibility to create and maintain, which is why there is a $8oo monthly fee. This will take care of sewer lines, power lines, and the build out of the living swimming pool and the green houses. We believe at this rate it is affordable to most families to be able to do this and live a good life.
