***Redding GroundShare is currently a Winter Village, open November-May, from May-Nov we Migrate to our Oregon Village near Grants Pass** Welcome to the Redding GroundShare Co-op, just ten minutes from Redding, California but with rich natural surroundings and dark star filled nights! Our seasonal stream and the frogs that reside there offer a serene soundtrack to your daily activities, while the nearby Sacramento River Trail invites you to explore the beauty of nature at your doorstep. (Rental Bikes and Scooters coming soon!) At GroundShare, we cherish our natural surroundings and strive to incorporate them into our daily lives. But it’s not just about the scenery – it’s about the people. As a resident-owned co-op, we believe in the power of community and collaboration. Here, everyone has a voice and a stake in shaping our shared future. We’re not just building homes; we’re building relationships and fostering a sense of belonging. Affordability and accessibility are at the core of our mission. We understand the importance of providing affordable housing options, and we’re committed to making that a reality for all.
