The residences are a two bedroom basement suite and a studio cottage. The cottage is suitable for a single person or couple. House is kid-friendly, with swings and other play structures. I also teach music classes outdoors.

$150,000 Buy-in : Estimated total monthly cost including mortgage, utilities, insurance, maintenance etc : $1,200 – 1,300.
If you have a downpayment you can reduce your monthly mortgage fee obviously. :)
