One urban lot in south Seattle, with three separate dwelling units. We share laundry and chickens. Right now the units are rented / available to rent but my hope is to transition to shared ownership. The residences are a two bedroom basement suite and a studio cottage. The cottage is suitable for a single person or couple. House is kid-friendly, with swings and other play structures. I also teach music classes outdoors.
I’m currently the sole owner of the house and want to convert to shared ownership out of a belief in equitable sharing of resources and a desire to create affordable housing that moderate-income people can own. I’m interested in meeting people who share my vision, especially if they believe in environmental responsibility, personal freedom, and facts before ideology. A love of music, animals and children would also be a good fit.
