We are vegan, off grid, drug free, internet free, spiritual commune and wilderness preserve. We seek to live simply, ecologically, self-sufficiently and in harmony with all life. We are a mystical order called the Order of the Trees. We have men and women, single and married and children. We are a spiritual commune with roots in several spiritual teachings. We honor the truths that run through all religions. The Creator is our common ground. Our main activities are caring for the preserve and gardening, working with horses, and maintaining the facilities-homes, dining hall, bathhouse, stable, barn, and greenhouse. We are working toward self-sufficiency. We are off grid, producing our own heat, water, and electricity. Our public outreach is to provide a model of possibility, stand as guardians to one of the last old growth forests in Southern Oregon, produce publications and information on sustainability, wilderness preservation, health, veganism, and spiritual development. We recently published a book called Eloin’s Voice in the Wind. www.eoihsvoice.org Our lifestyle does NOT include TV, radio, newspapers, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or caffeine. We are married or celibate. We eat organic food, drink fresh spring water, breath clean air, enjoy kind people, board games, great hiking, hard work, living in a park, music and an occasional movie. Our land is verdant and lush, with forest and meadows and springs and a river. Our climate is mild. We are happy, fun-loving, and positive people who want to share our community with like-minded people who love to work and grow with others. We welcome those interested in living a simple spiritual oriented vegan life in the forest. For additional information go to our website at www.eloinforest.org Namaste. Anne
