What we do

Daviterra is located on a fenced-in 4.77 property located in the high desert area of Northeast Nevada, in Crescent Valley. It is easily accessible, quiet, very picturesque. It is off-grid, with 3 assigned plots for future residents, with an area for prospective campers, and plenty of space for growth. We have a well which needs to be restarted. The property is just a few miles from groceries, gas, elementary school, etc. Major city with restaurants, casinos, hotels, major stores, services, recreation, hospital, etc, is less than an hour’s drive.

We are seeking 3 families, or individuals, (ASAP) to become residents, willing and able to help complete our on-going projects and be part of our mission.

Our Vision

Daviterra (“Beloved Earth”) is an autonomous, ecocentric/egalitarian sanctuary. It is a camping, educational, charitable and alternative-living destiNation.

“Being Part of Something Bigger-Striving For Something Better”…

Daviterra was established as a haven for creativity, enlightenment, equity equality, and an involved citizenry: building and supporting a community of mutually-minded “Daviterrans”. Our foundational pillars of “Joy and Justice” are manifested through the following:

  • Self-Reliance
  • Humanity
  • Outreach
  • Art and Culture
  • Spirituality
  • Commerce
