Our mission is to deliver a style of life more conducive to how we are meant to live as humans. Co-living, colaboration, strong communities, low tech, sustainable are all key concepts we intend to incorporate.
Our goal is to develop a sustainable community by 2022, incorporating 20 dwellings for households (tribe members). The property will be complete with orchards, chicken farming, greenhouses and a range of gardening techniques.
Profitability will be ensure by links to outside markets, making this a semi-off grid community which seeks to enrich to local communities around us. Festivals and retreats are a consideration as well.

Members contribute a percentage of income to community funds.

The goal will be to develop this into a fully profitable community, with funds left over for education, health/communal insurance. Lower income applicants are welcome to apply as well, and accommodation can be made to the extent possible.
