What we do

How do we shift from a commerce based economy to community based living? This is the question that keeps me up at night. Buy local is the trend, but live local needs to be the next step if we are to step in line with out planet and build a truly sustainable future.

Tribe Life / Palouse Sustainable Living aims to take lessons learned from other similar models, incorporating co-living, small business based off sustainably resourced agro products serving surrounding communities.

Situated in the historic Palouse hills, the area exudes spirituality and life in harmony with nature.

Our mission is to deliver a style of life more conducive to how we are meant to live as humans. Co-living, colaboration, strong communities, low tech, sustainable are all key concepts we intend to incorporate.

Our goal is to develop a sustainable community by 2022, incorporating 20 dwellings for households (tribe members). The property will be complete with orchards, chicken farming, greenhouses and a range of gardening techniques.

Profitability will be ensure by links to outside markets, making this a semi-off grid community which seeks to enrich to local communities around us. Festivals and retreats are a consideration as well.
