What we do

We are a youthful and festive forming community, following a “cohousing light” model.

Construction is underway, and we are actively forming our membership.

We will build 18 homes (detached and duplexes) and a common house in a bikeable location in beautiful Courtenay, Vancouver Island, British Columbia.  First move-in’s intended for late 2026.

Seeking neighbours who are enthusiastic about community, and lead creative and/or purpose-driven lives.

Our Vision

We are a forming community of unique members of all ages and stages of life who value fun, connection, and personal growth.  We are invested in creating a neighbourhood that celebrates these values, and our creativity, diverse skills, generosity, and desire for a more sustainable and place-based lifestyle.

Our Principles:

  • Celebrate life, have fun, and experience joy together
  • Learn, experiment, and support personal growth and community evolution
  • Honour individuality, diverse viewpoints and lifeways
  • Support each other to show up authentically
  • Ensure members are heard, valued, and engaged
  • Value each others’ time
  • Use and share resources wisely to care for the earth
  • Be of service to each other, the broader community and the world around us
