**Deepstep Collective: Intentional Community Seeking Households for Off-Grid Residences**

**EMAIL IS THE BEST METHOD FOR CONTACTING US.**

**Vision:**
**DEEPSTEP COLLECTIVE: INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY ~ FARM ~ TRAINING INSTITUTE ~ CAMPGROUND ~ RECREATION VENUE**

We are excited to announce that the Deepstep Collective is actively developing a 3.7-acre portion of our project, with plans to build four fully off-grid residences. These homes will be available in 1, 2, or 3-bedroom configurations and can be custom-designed by buyers during our pre-sales period. Our current focus is on finding four households interested in purchasing into our community.

**Community Offerings:**
– **Residences:** 1, 2, or 3-bedroom homes with off-grid capabilities.
– **Buy-In Requirements:** Completion of our social tech training and securing an independent mortgage for your home.

**Future Development:**
– **Phase 2:** Will include the development of our training institute, focusing on sustainability and ecological practices.

**About Us:**
The Deepstep Collective is a prototype Convertible Community, designed to be a model micro-community. We aim to create a living training center to prepare individuals for sustainability-value based living. The community will include sustainable construction, agriculture, alternative energy, and more.

**We are looking for individuals and families who:**
– Are committed to sustainability.
– Share a vision of spiritual, physical, and emotional growth.
– Are dedicated to support community sustainability.

Our Vision

Training/living in community. How do we put all the pieces together so that we can live in community sustainably? A real-life social experiment of seeking other social tinkerers looking to put all the pieces together and work on how we can do community better, both the social and physical parts of community. Join me in living out in real-time how we, together can repioneer society in this microcosm. We are seeking up to 4 (households) social shifters.

We currently are in the pre-construction process securing the permits necessary to construct 4 residences on the property in our Phase I development. We are open to conversations with individuals interested in joining this community during this pre-sales period. We anticipate construction beginning August 2024.
