About the Community

What we do

We are co-creating an intergenerational cohousing community here in the Columbus Metropolitan area. We are looking at sites of about 2.5-5 acres within or near the I270 outerbelt. Target of about 28-34 units depending on site specifics. We look forward to sharing meals weekly, working on maintaining our common areas such as the common house, community gardens and greenspaces together and making decisions using Sociocracy. Not to mention having fun! Many in our group love playing board games, rock climbing, riding bikes along the bike path, hiking, ping pong, dancing, crafting and gardening. We value environmental stewardship, community, diversity and much more. Come find out about us on our next exploring cohousing in Columbus presentation!

Our Mission

We aim to thrive in an intentional, intergenerational community where we foster, recognize and respect our interdependency and interconnection with all beings and our planet.
