We are mostly a senior cohousing, open to all ages. We are now planning our architecture. Sociocracy and NVC are our tools.
VILA PURI’s vision is to be a harmonious and solidary community that shares healthy practices, respects the environment, promotes well-being in a sustainable way, and carries out collaborative activities that value the skills of residents. VILA PURI’s values are commitment, ethics, respect for differences, solidarity, and social and environmental responsibility.
We have first an interview then some written information is provided, like our rules. Afterward, the candidate starts attending our meetings. Sometime later, if everything goes well, approval from the community is necessary. Then, membership will be formalized, with the payments of the current share.
Decisions proceed unless someone has a reasoned objection.
Members maintain separate personal finances with minimal sharing.

Countryside locations with significant distance from urban centers.
