CoDwell’s goal is to convert an existing boarding school property into an intentional community for multiple groups with shared interests, passions, and goals. The amenities of our target property include dorms, apartments, houses, shops, labs, classrooms, offices, theater, gym, orchards, gardens, fresh spring water, wastewater treatment, and plenty of outdoor space for future endeavors.
We expect to have groups of residents focused on permaculture, gardening, maker and fabrication projects, small business incubation, vehicle dwelling and conversion, physical and movement arts, theater and performance, and a variety of other pursuits. We call these groups “pods”.
