About the Community

What we do

The Church of Divine Nature seeks to create an ideal community in which our lifestyle of living well in balance and harmony with Nature (in the most practical manner) represents our religious practices and values. We see Nature as being the highest form of order in the universe. We are non-theists who respect science, and we seek to understand Nature in a way that is not adhered to religious dogma, but rather has built-in flexibility as part of our beliefs so that we can change our practices as we see fit in our time. As Divine Naturists, we believe there is no inherent shame to ascribe to the human body, therefore, if we wish to be free of clothing, it’s OK. Being nude is part of how experience, appreciate, and worship Nature. Other ways we seek to worship are by minimizing our impact on the environment, organically growing our own food through permaculture, utilizing sustainable energy sources, and creating new dwellings that reflect these principles to enhance this lifestyle. This community’s physical location has yet to be determined.

Our Mission

A fair and loving community living well in balance and harmony with Nature, seeking with high ideals to inspire others to hold Nature as sacred and beautiful is what the Church of Divine Nature is all about.
