About the Community

What we do

GreenEarthCity is working on a land acquisition project for the Cascadia BioRegion. The scope of the project is 20 to 30 units centered around honoring the commons, regenerative design and permaculture. The funding basic is LLC Shareholder Land Cooperative. The ‘Firewall’ will ultimately be a CLT but not in the way that most CLT’s rely on constant expansion and fundraising to justify their existence. Bylaws and Covenants will be simple and revolve around permaculture and sociocracy for governance.   We’re actively looking at parcels of land in Oregon and looking for team members/stewards. GreenEarthCity has been around for over ten years and is currently working on several projects related to regenerative community development. We also are in the process of developing land in the Alto Paraiso area of Brazil.
