Seeking new friends to share land in the coastal area of northern Nicaragua, the area that starts straight out from Managua north to the Chinandega region.
Let’s utilize natural building strategies to create beautiful structures with small foot prints. Let’s grow more of our own food. Let’s spend more time enjoying and connecting with the ocean. Let’s share some meals and music together. Positive vibrations.
I am an active and enthusiastic individual with wide interests, international travel experience and a passion for learning to live off grid in a lunate suitable for growing amazing fruits. I would like to live a large part of each year on this land. You may want to spend a large or small part of the year there.
I imagine it will be best for the land, community, and the animals that we always have a few folks there, looking after things and keeping an eye on stuff so all systems are smooth. This way, if some of the members were traveling or in their home country, the land can still be looked after and animals happy and cared for.
Together we can co-create something wonderful.

We are also accepting donations from individuals who want to be benefactors-from-a-distance to bring this project even greater success.
Some primary interests include permaculture, natural building, education, art, yoga, dance, meditation, disc golf, bodysurfing, bodyboarding, surfing (or the desire to learn how to do any of these), playing instruments or drumming together, walking, running and playing at beaches, fruit, vegetable and other food production, possibly aquaculture, chickens, a small dairy cow for milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, etc…
If we can use some of the structures we build for short term rentals, we can significantly subsidize expenses. Remote or online work will be helpful/essential.
I am also feeling deep resonance with building structures for and hosting individuals who want the experience of silent meditation immersion.
Hopefully you have deep interests in some or many of the things listed and have access to your own presence and natural contentment.
