They are located in East Oakland, CA, acting as a platform for the Great Turning, one heart, one home, and one block at a time. They are working to heal and transform historical and present-day trauma across difference, especially that of race, gender, class, religion and age.

They are located on 48 private, wooded and very beautiful acres, just two miles from downtown Nevada City, California. They have several residence cabins, a Common House with shared facilities & gathering space, a large garden space, hiking trails, swimming pond, an art & workshop space and a nice solar power array.

Bristol Cohousing

Bristol Village Cohousing Bristol Village Cohousing is a community of 14 households, located in the village of Bristol, Vermont, on the edge of the Green Mountains. Loved by Community Builders

What a beautiful gift to our intentional community builders and leaders! FIC’s programs provide a way for thinking and concerned people to collaborate for solutions to our multitude of global crises. Thank you FIC! – Terri Garcia

I am constantly impressed by the down-to-earth practicality of the FIC workshops combined with the philosophical questions that are so vital for us to explore. I’m grateful for the excellent planning and delivery of the workshops by skilled and inclusive presenters, who create a space that is both welcoming and invites participants to challenge existing ideas and world views. Well done and thank you FIC. – Claire Ogden
