Join facilitators Theo Grondahl and Maria Talero in co-learning and practicing truthful, mutually respectful relating that fosters deep interconnectedness and collective power. Interpersonal trust, safety, and authenticity create the foundations for the most resilient communities and social change movements. In this 2-hour workshop, we will explore some of the most important principles for cultivating this essential, relational ground.

Meet Your Facilitators

Theo Grondahl

Theo is a relational facilitator and healing arts innovator who believes that an integrated approach to relating is one of the most effective paths to personal and collective wellness. Living in two different intentional communities, facilitating relational processes over the course of 15 years, and reckoning with the humanness and the being-ness of himself and his loved ones have led him to this clear orientation and his wish to share it.

 

Maria Talero

Maria is a native Colombian educator and facilitator with 20 years experience in designing transformative social learning environments. She believes that we jump-start deep and authentic engagement on collective action issues by fostering empathetic and trusting relationships in organizations, workplaces and communities.
