Ready to become part of something bigger than yourself? Intentional community might be the answer for you. By the end of this 5-week course, you will feel confident in your ability to find, contact, visit, join, and ultimately live the community of your dreams.

Course Instructor
Cynthia Tina
Cynthia maintains an active network of over a hundred intentional communities she has visited worldwide, including ecovillage, cohousing, and permaculture projects. She helps people connect to intentional communities as a matchmaker for seekers and as a consultant for growing community projects. She is Co-Director of the Foundation for Intentional Community (FIC), a 35 year-old nonprofit dedicated to supporting intentional communities as pathways towards a more cooperative, sustainable, and just world. Cynthia also founded Ecovillage Tours (in 2019), was an officeholder on the Board of Trustees for the Global Ecovillage Network (2015-2020), and was Director of the youth ecovillage network NextGENNA (2013-2018). Nothing pre-recorded here! When you sign-up for an event with FIC, you’ll have the opportunity to join a live session on Zoom with the event presenter/facilitator and other participants.
Affordable and Accessible
All our events are run on a sliding scale basis. Generous donations cover the costs for low-income attendees. FIC is committed to making our programs accessible to people of all walks of life.
Watch the Recording
You’ll receive the recording of your event to view for up to one month (unless otherwise noted). So don’t worry if you can’t attend a live session. Watch or listen whenever it is convenient for you.
