What would it be like to spend time together in your community that is meaningful, fulfilling, and fun, even if there are unresolved issues and disagreements? Join us for this workshop to learn how creating a safe space facilitates meaningful conversations, healing in your relationships, and unconditional acceptance, support, and belonging.

Imagine if people in your community felt inspired to serve and spontaneously gave of themselves no matter what! This is what happens when you learn how to create a safe space.

In this 1.5 hour webinar, Namrata Arora will introduce us to the “why” of circle work, drawing from her experience facilitating safe spaces that enable people to express themselves in a psychologically safe space. This discussion-oriented experiential session aims to provide participants with an understanding of the various ways in which this work can be applied along with some basic tools to get started, wherever you are.

Key outcomes of this workshop:

  • Experience a brief safe space gathering
  • Learn about the various nuances to bear in mind for creating safe spaces
  • Get an overview of various ways in which such gatherings can be beneficial for communities
  • Experience first hand in leading spaces

Loved by Community Builders

What a beautiful gift to our intentional community builders and leaders! FIC’s programs provide a way for thinking and concerned people to collaborate for solutions to our multitude of global crises. Thank you FIC! – Terri Garcia

I am constantly impressed by the down-to-earth practicality of the FIC workshops combined with the philosophical questions that are so vital for us to explore. I’m grateful for the excellent planning and delivery of the workshops by skilled and inclusive presenters, who create a space that is both welcoming and invites participants to challenge existing ideas and world views. Well done and thank you FIC. – Claire Ogden
