Join us for a fun and informative virtual gathering for people interested in intentional community.

Imagine a sweet gathering in the common house, but online and with communitarians across the world. Welcome to Community Connect — a monthly networking experience all about intentional communities. There will be opportunities for you to meet new friends and staff in the FIC, share about your project, and network in breakout sessions.

The majority of the event will be spent in breakout groups organized around topics that you propose. Move around to the different rooms to join the conversations that most interest you, à la Open Space Technology.

I absolutely loved the community of communities sharing their diverse locales, challenges and successes. It was truly inspiring to see so many committed people working together.

The Online Event Experience

Live Zoom Sessions

Nothing pre-recorded here! When you sign-up for an event with FIC, you’ll have the opportunity to join a live session on Zoom with the event presenter/facilitator and other participants.

Affordable and Accessible

All our events are run on a sliding scale basis. Generous donations cover the costs for low-income attendees. FIC is committed to making our programs accessible to people of all walks of life.

You’ll receive the recording of your event to view for up to one month (unless otherwise noted). So don’t worry if you can’t attend a live session. Watch or listen whenever it is convenient for you.
