What we do

Twin Ponds (new name for Hudson Valley cohousing) is a forming, intergenerational, heterogeneous community in Highland NY, on a 40-acre wooded parcel with stream-fed ponds. In Ulster County, we’re drawn to the vibrant and relaxed mix of artistic, cultural, recreational, agricultural and intellectual opportunities. Tucked within a serene landscape, we’re close to a broad spectrum of commercial and healthcare services, as well as easy access to NYC by train, bus and car. We seek to live interdependently in a 40- unit community that reflects the rich diversity we value. We will share a common house, gardens, and other amenities through which we can grow, create, work and play. Our best projection is that move in will be in 2028.
