What we do

I’m interested in purchasing 20+ acres, which includes a water source and preferably an existing structure (house, barn). Members can enjoy privacy in their own dwellings on their own lots, while working communally on energy and food/water projects. Our community will “think outside the box” using sustainable building techniques and energy sources everywhere possible. There will be a shared workshop, solar/geothermal/wind/hydro energy systems. community gardens, as well as a geothermal greenhouse.

Currently researching best regions in the US to avoid the most severe affects of climate change. Input is welcomed to find an area projected to be less impacted by drought/fires, floods, etc.

Our Vision

This community’s primary focus is science-based innovation to move forward sustainably and self-sufficiently into our ever-changing environmental future. Members will be free to practice their spiritual traditions, but the community will not be centered on any particular practices or beliefs in mind. Political and religious/spiritual extremism will be discouraged. Sense of humor, respect (for each other and the environment), common sense, creativity, ability to compromise and work together will be encouraged.
