We are looking for a like minded soul who wants to be with us for at least 1 year and hopefully many more. The ultimate vision of this community is to find a group of humans that want to spend their lives together and we are reaching out to YOU in this search…

(What is Available) We have more than a dozen rooms and sign new lease’s yearly on May 1st. We periodically have rooms open up during the year as well.

Resonance Check In
This is a document to check in for resonance with Youtopia community vision, core values, goals, and agreements. If you’re reading this and you’re finding that it resonates, great! Trust that intuition. If there are points that are sticky for you, also pay attention to that – this may not be the community for you.
.
We are seeking long term community members and for those that are looking to take on leadership roles in the community. In particular we are looking for strong space holders and experienced co-creators…
.
Youtopia Vision
Youtopia’s Purpose: The dream we are working towards. This is our North Star, everything below is in loving support of this vision.
.
Pleasure for Enlightenment: Healthy in Mind, Body and Spirit: Each individual’s journey is unique, and there’s an unparalleled magic in exploring together.

At Youtopia we collectively inspire, co-create and activate a space of pleasure for enlightenment, by integrating shared mindfulness practices, consciousness exploration, and wholesome eating into our daily rhythms, crafting an intergenerational ecosystem that emphasizes harmony, lifelong connections, and purposeful growth.

Youtopia is not just a place or a community; it’s an idea, a philosophy, a way of life. It’s a testament to the fact that when we come together with open hearts and minds, we transcend the ordinary boundaries of the self, leading us to a life that’s truly fulfilling as we experience the transformative power of collective consciousness.

***Disclaimer: Our two non-negotiable agreements are the following: (This is subject to change over time and will be updated in future postings as we evolve and change as a collective.)

1. Meeting attendance every other Monday ~7:30-9:30PM.
2. We agree not to smoke tobacco products anywhere in the house / We agree not to smoke any other products in the common areas.
3. We agree to spend 2 hrs a week doing community service improving the space we live in. In addition to communally created weekly chores to maintain shared spaces.
4. Healthy Communal food: Everyone who lives at Youtopia agrees to take part in this as our shared food space will be optimized for communal food

Everything else listed in The Vision, Core Values and Goals are negotiable. With the shared intention of helping to empower each other individually and as a group. As well as create harmony in our connections.

(A Little About Us):
We live together in a large four story brownstone with shared communal areas on the 1st and 4th floors as well as a large communal backyard and a full workshop in the basement. We regularly share meals, meditate and do yoga together as well as periodically host events. We have a regular community dinner every Thursday evening. We are health oriented, and we grow our own herbs and some vegetables. We are located in the Bedford area of Brooklyn off of Bedford Avenue and Jefferson Avenue a few blocks from the A/C//G/S lines.

(How to Connect):
We choose new community members based on a consent process by the group. The first step is to fill out the form below.

Looking forward to connecting with YOU…
