The Love Plan is currently a single homestead in Mount Dora, FL which would like to grow into an eco-neighborhood of homesteads sharing a healthy lifestyle. Our definition of a healthy lifestyle includes self-sufficiency, sustainability, and promoting universal wellbeing.
Nearby homesteads occasionally come up for sale and we would like to have neighbors who are like-minded including self-sufficient in food and energy. Even better if you have children. We do not have land or homesites for sale. Rather, interested parties would, independently, relocate themselves, within accessibility to our neighborhood.
We have one or more of each of these fruiting trees/plants: Acerolas, Ambarellas, Avocados, Bananas, Blackberries, Blackberry Jam Fruits, Blueberries, Calamondins, Canistels, Carambolas, Ches, Feijoas, Figs, Grapes, Grapefruits, Grumichamas, Strawberry Guava, Mexican Guavas, Jaboticabas, Jackfruits, Jamaican Cherry, Japanese Raisin Tree, Jujubes, Kumquats, Kwai Muk, Lemon, Limes, Longan, Loquats, Lychees, Mandarin, Mangos, Miracle Fruit, Mulberries, Oranges, Papayas, Pawpaws, Peaches, Peanut Butter Fruits, Persimmons, Pindo Palms, Pineapples, Pitangas, Pitangatuba, Pitayas, Pitombas, Plums, Pomelos, Rainforest PLum, Sapodillas, Savanna Cherry, Sugar Apples, Tangelo, Tangerines, White Sapotes.

This is part of our knowledge/experience-sharing toward a global tradition for the centuries, connected/integrated with everything else, into the whole of a singular consensus priority, a 100% positive collective worldview, guiding all of our thoughts/choices/actions. Toward minimizing work/cost/harm. Toward our collective peak potential (truly spectacular). We’re seeing great progress…
We are moving toward addressing all concerns via the sole priority of a wholly integrated worldview, rooted in nature, and driving all thoughts/choices/actions. External elements we found that more naturally, ethically, and rationally integrate into this worldview include Anarchism/Libertarian Socialism, “Mollison’s Permaculture”, “Compassionate Communication”, and “Natural Hygiene”. Specifics include a low-fat raw vegan diet, organic gardening, and home-schooling. Most important is the integration of such fragments into a coherent/holistic worldview, so that our thoughts/choices/actions are free from conflict/confusion of fragmented worldviews, so humanity can achieve our true potential through consensus/cooperation and enjoy the magnificent and exquisite bounty of nature (including our true potential) we’ve been missing throughout the history of civilization.

This is a conventional neighborhood of homesteads purchased and managed independently. Ideally, membership in our eco-neighborhood flows organically, out of voluntary and mutual cooperation/sharing.
We don’t have housing accommodations but we’re available to meet with those who contact us.
The whole membership decides collectively.
Power and responsibility are shared relatively equally among members.
Members maintain separate personal finances with minimal sharing.
Members with pre-existing debt: Yes
We would rather trade goods and services with each other than use money.
Smaller municipalities with local services but rural character.
